The Ideal Candidate will have:

A Masters Degree in Human Factors Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experience in usability or user-centered design, working in a corporate or consulting environment.  This position requires an intelligent and highly motivated individual with design experience. Day to day responsibilities include conceptual prototyping, high level visualizations, requirements analysis, usability testing, and creating mockups. The right candidate will also have excellent organizational skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to converting textual requirements to visual requirements in the form of storyboards, wireframes or HTML prototypes. Developing usability test plans (including scripts and logistics). Conduct usability testing using paper or high fidelity prototypes. Analyzing results from usability tests and making recommendations to our internal customers. Continual interaction with technical partners to ensure feasibility of designs.
